Role: Senior Project Manager

The Paint Doctor, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive success across multiple projects while fostering strong client and vendor relationships.
Who You Are
You have 10+ years of construction management experience (preferred).You are experienced in planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects. You thrive on mentoring and supervising project teams. You are skilled in project forecasting, scheduling, and budget management. You value professionalism, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred). Equivalent relevant experience considered.Experience with coatings industry projects is a bonus.PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred.Proficiency in project management tools like SharePoint, TEAMS, and Knowify.Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and mentor up to four Project Managers while managing ongoing projects.Oversee all administrative phases of assigned projects, ensuring profitability, quality, safety, and schedules meet high standards.Manage project setup, budget forecasting, billing, and reporting.Cultivate and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Attend job site visits and team meetings to monitor progress and quality.
